Free Fire Keeps Pairing Me With Top Players Despite Silver Rank

I play Free Fire on PC, and in EC Ranked Mode, I’m currently at the Silver rank. However, in almost every match, I keep getting matched against top-ranked players — including regional champions. This has been happening for about a month, and it occurs in every single game, making the matches completely unfair and unbalanced.

I request that my account be reviewed and that a fair matchmaking system be implemented to ensure players are matched with others of similar rank and skill level.

My in-game user ID is 13318253050. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that gameplay can be fair for everyone.
