Free Fire Bans Account for “Abnormal Headshots”

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account with the nickname “ketua_✓_SK”, which was suddenly banned about six days ago. The ban notification stated that it was due to abnormal headshot activity, even though I had not been playing, rarely log in, and this account is not used frequently. I strongly state that my account is completely clean and I have never used cheats, abnormal tools, or committed any kind of fraud. I was not even actively playing when this ban happened, so I do not understand why my account was flagged and punished. This Free Fire account is my only account and is very important to me. I have tried to contact Garena/Free Fire support, but so far, I have not received any response at all. I respectfully and earnestly request that my account “ketua_✓_SK” be checked in detail and that the ban be lifted if no violations are found. I hope Garena will review this case fairly and restore access to my account.
