Free Fire Android Account Lost After Changing Phone

I am writing about an issue with my Garena Free Fire account on Android. About three weeks ago I changed my device, and after this change my Free Fire account disappeared and I can no longer access it on the new phone. I tried to recover the account but I could not get it back. Despite my attempts, I am still unable to log in and all my previous progress and items are not available to me. I kindly request that my old Free Fire account be restored with all of my previous data and items so that I can continue playing from where I left off.

Hi Garena Support Team, I am unable to log in to my Free Fire account. My game account is linked to my Facebook profile, but my Facebook account has been disabled. Furthermore, I am facing a verification issue because I am not receiving any login OTPs on my registered Gmail account. Due to these two issues, I am completely locked out of my game account. Kindly help me recover my account or guide me on how I can update my login credentials or email settings to regain access.
