Free Fire Account Lost After Phone Lost

I lost access to my Free Fire account after losing my Android phone on December 30. At the moment I only remember my account ID, and because I no longer have the device, I cannot log in or recover the account by myself. I have already contacted Garena/Free Fire support through the help section, but they have not given me any clear answer or solution, and my problem remains unresolved. I kindly request that my Free Fire account linked to that ID be recovered and restored so that I can access it again on my new device as soon as possible.
