About two months ago, my Free Fire account (UID: 7253917223, username: skper) was hacked and stolen. The account was linked to my Google account, and although I still have full access to my Google account, when I log into the game, it creates a new account instead of opening my original one.
I had spent approximately ₺10,000 on this account and invested a significant amount of time and effort building it. The account was on the European server, and during the time of the theft, I did not receive any warnings or email notifications.
I have contacted in-game support and official Free Fire communication channels multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. I later discovered that my account was being used by someone else, which has caused me serious distress and financial loss.
