Free Fire Account Mistakenly Flagged

I am a Free Fire player from the United Arab Emirates and I play on an Android mobile device. My game account with the ID 3372251068 was banned in 2024. When I try to log in, I see that the account is blocked and I cannot access it anymore. I want to state that I am not a hacker and I did not use any cheating programs. I only used some files, and despite that my account was banned. I believe this ban is unfair and that my account has been mistakenly flagged. I kindly request that you review my account and the ban on ID 3372251068 in detail. If possible, I ask that my account be unbanned and fully restored so that I can access my game progress again. I am ready to provide screenshots from inside the game that show the ban message and any other information you may need for your investigation.
