Free Fire Account Hacked, Lost Access to My UID

I am a Free Fire player and I am writing because my account has been hacked and I have completely lost access. My Free Fire UID is 8568688386 and the account is linked to the email address arnirob161***@gmail.com. The hacking incident happened on 09/09/2025. Since then, I can no longer use my own account and it is being controlled by someone else. In the account bio, it is written that it was hacked by a friend. On this account I have spent money on diamonds, elite passes and other in‑game purchases, and I do not want to lose all the progress and items I paid for. I have not yet been able to reach Free Fire or Garena support about this, so this complaint is my first formal attempt to get help. I kindly request that my account be recovered and returned to me as the rightful owner, that the hacker’s access be completely removed, and that all my purchased items and game progress remain safe. I also ask you to review the recent activity on this account, as it has been used without my permission and the bio has been changed to indicate that it was hacked.
