Free Fire Account Banned For Cheat Despite No Hacks

I have been playing Free Fire for about 5 years and my main account has now been banned unfairly. When I try to log in, I see an “Account banned” message with the reason shown as “Cheat” and my account is suspended. I log in with Facebook and my in‑game nickname is TRN❄LOVELY, region India, UID 2815890587. I have never used any cheating applications, scripts, mods or any unfair tools in the game. I only play the genuine game, and I respect the rules. Despite this, my account has been suspended and I can no longer access my game progress, items and achievements that I have collected over the years. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail and that you review the ban decision again, including the account logs. Since I did not use any cheats, I ask you to remove the ban and fully recover and return my Free Fire account to me. I would like to continue playing with this account that I have been using for 5 years.
