I am writing about my Free Fire account, which was banned even though I did not violate any of the game rules. When I try to log in, I only see a message that the account has been banned and I cannot access it at all. This ban has been in place for about three years, and during this time I have not been able to use my account. I contacted support before, but my problem was not solved and the ban was not lifted, and I did not receive a clear explanation of the reason. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the ban be lifted, as I believe it was applied unfairly and without any rule violations from my side. I would like to regain access to my account and continue playing normally.
