FF Permanent Ban Review Request From Garena Customer Service

My FF account, "Yogesh ff," was banned in the Garena Free Fire game approximately two years ago. I was reportedly banned for cheating, but I have never used cheats or third-party software. I have made small payments and made in-game purchases. My email address registered with my account is: bhosleyoges***@gmail.com. When I contacted Garena customer service after the ban, they only stated that I was banned for cheating and offered no solution to reopen my account. I request that my account be reviewed and my grievances be resolved. I want my account to be reopened.
