FF UID Permanently Banned for “Data Load Disablement”

I am an Android player of Garena Free Fire and my account with UID 5643762077, nickname “M1ck3y~M0us3”, was permanently banned even though I do not understand what I did wrong. When I tried to log in today, I saw the message in the game that my account was permanently suspended for “data load disablement”. I bought this account a few months ago from a friend, and since then it has not been used much and, to my knowledge, has never been used with cheats, hacks or any third‑party software. I do not use tools or applications that could affect the game data and I always want to play fair. Because of this ban, I have completely lost access to my account, and the friend who sold it to me is no longer returning the money, so at the moment I am left without the account and without the money I paid. I am very disappointed, because I still do not know the exact reason for the ban and I have not intentionally violated the rules. I kindly ask you to re‑check my account, inform me clearly if there was any mistake, and remove the permanent ban so that I can access and use my Free Fire account again.
