Complaint For FF Unban

I am a Free Fire player using an Android device and I download and use the game through Google Play. About two weeks ago my Free Fire account was permanently suspended with the message “Using a modifier” as shown in the screenshot I have attached. After this ban, I paid 300 rs through Fampay to a party who claimed they would get my Garena Free Fire account unbanned. Even though I have paid this amount and I have a screenshot of the payment, my account has not been unbanned and I am still unable to access it. I request that my Free Fire account be rechecked and unbanned, because I believe this permanent suspension is unfair, and I also did not receive any result after paying 300 rs for an unban. I am asking for my account to be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue playing the game.
