Ban The ID Of Player Who Verbally Abused Me

I am a Free Fire player and I would like to report a very disturbing incident of verbal abuse that I experienced in the lobby yesterday. While I was in the lobby, another player started verbally abusing me over voice chat using the microphone. They spoke about my character in a very bad and disrespectful way and continued this behaviour even though I had done nothing to provoke them. Since this happened through voice chat, I unfortunately do not have a recording of the incident, but it was serious enough to make me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe in the game environment. The player’s ID is 1570646***. I am requesting that Garena urgently investigate this situation based on this ID and any available in‑game logs or voice data and permanently ban this account if the abuse is confirmed. I also kindly ask that you continue improving the reporting and moderation systems for voice chat so that players can feel protected against harassment and verbal abuse while playing. I would like this situation to be reviewed as soon as possible and the necessary action to be taken so that similar behaviour does not happen to me or other players in the future.
