I Regret Getting Life Insurance With Garanti BBVA Loan and Want a Refund

On Monday, May 19, I took out a loan from Garanti BBVA, and along with it, life insurance policy number 5571**79 was issued. Later, I found out that life insurance is not mandatory and that I have the right to cancel it. After doing some research and consulting others in a similar situation, I realized I was misinformed at the time of the loan agreement. I submitted a cancellation request through the mobile app and was told I would be contacted within four business days and the process would be completed. However, I have neither been contacted nor received a refund. If my refund is not processed, I will file a complaint with the Banking Association. Therefore, I am urgently awaiting your response.
