Garanti BBVA Charged Me Maintenance Fees After I Canceled My POS Machine
Hello, I'm Zülfü M*** K***. I own a business in Adana Yüreğir district. I requested a POS machine from Garanti Bank’s Kozan Yolu branch. It arrived in 2024, and I used it without any issues. In October 2024, I canceled the POS machine due to the high and unjustified monthly maintenance fee. However, maintenance fees were still deducted from me in November and December 2024, and even from the money I transferred to my account in March 2025. I contacted customer service multiple times, but no proper solution was provided. I am prepared to write to Presidential Communication Center about this. I want my money back, which was unfairly taken without my knowledge or consent.
