Garanti BBVA Blocked My Insurance Cancellation and Refund
Despite submitting a cancellation request for the "Evim Garantide" insurance, which was mandatory with my Garanti Bank mortgage, Eureko directs me back to Garanti Bank, and the bank, in turn, redirects me to the insurance company. Each time I contact customer service, I receive a different response. If the necessary actions are not taken, I will be forced to cancel my credit card, advance account, and HGS account with Garanti Bank. Additionally, I will pursue my rights through CIMER, the Consumer Arbitration Board, and insurance arbitration. Since I am not residing in the purchased property, this insurance provides me with no benefit. Therefore, I request the cancellation of the policy and a refund of my money.
The issue has been resolved, and I thank the customer representatives for their attention.
