Unauthorized Insurance Policy Was Opened On My Credit Card Without Consent
On August 26, 2025, without my knowledge or consent, Eureko Sigorta, a subsidiary of Garanti BBVA, issued an "Invisible Accident Insurance" policy and charged the fee to my credit card. I was extremely surprised that this transaction was carried out through the Garanti BBVA Mustafa Kemal Branch without any request or approval from me. When I contacted customer service about the matter, I was informed that a refund was not possible. However, I demand that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and the fee withdrawn from my credit card be refunded. How can your bank process a transaction on my credit card without my consent? I have decided to transfer my pension account from your bank and close all of my accounts.
