Garanti Bank Unauthorized Charge Dispute
On April 29, 2024, I submitted a request to Garanti Bank to cancel a transaction of ₺1,224.53 made on April 22, 2024, under application number 694234. It has been 22 days, and I have not received any response regarding my dispute. There has been no communication from the bank.
The website where I made the purchase has not sent any products, and it may have been set up to capture card information. The payment was processed under the name 'heights pizza inc,' which is similar to HPI Racing. After shopping on this site, I noticed unauthorized transactions on my card, such as charges from dribbble.com.
I immediately canceled my card and replaced it with a new one. From my observations, it seems that Garanti Bank does not respond to charge disputes. If I do not receive a response to my dispute, I will escalate the matter to American Express in the United States.

After reading the complaints here, I started to be thankful for my situation. Garanti Bank is sending credit cards with a zero (0) limit and does not increase the limit in any way. Friends, if you receive such a zero-limit credit card, return it directly at the door. The purpose of sending you that card is to charge you an annual fee of 700 TL. If you accidentally received it, close it directly through Customer Service without making any transactions. If you do not make any transactions, they cannot charge you the card fee. Even if you go to the branch and provide your payroll, they still will not increase your limit.
