PUBG Mobile False Ban Recovery Demand
On 12/10/2025, my PUBG Mobile account with the ID 5449****87 was restricted for 10 years. I play the game on my computer through the Gameloop emulator. At the same time, I had an AFK bot program open that is used exclusively for the game Knight Online. I believe PUBG Mobile’s detection system mistakenly flagged this program as a threat and unfairly banned my account.
My account is level 84, and I have spent years developing it with significant time and financial investment. It holds great value to me both financially and emotionally. I have never used any illegal programs or methods in PUBG Mobile. I submitted an appeal to customer service, but I have not received any response yet. Each time I try to log in, I am met with a restriction lasting until the year 2035.
I request that this issue be resolved, my account be reinstated, and the unjust penalty be removed. If my account is not reopened, please be aware that I will pursue my rights through legal channels.
