PUBG Mobile Account Unban Request

On my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5261****16), I keep receiving daily or weekly temporary bans both while streaming on TikTok and even during normal gameplay. For about a week now, every single day, my account has been banned for “modifying game code or data,” even though I have not used any cheats, macros, third-party software, or made any data changes. I just recently installed Gameloop, and I have never used any cheating software of any kind.

During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times, but I have not received a clear explanation about what exactly caused the issue or which data was supposedly altered. Especially when I go live on TikTok to complete my tasks and chat with friends, I get banned again right after ending the stream. I also purchased UC and activated the Bonus Pass, so I have suffered a financial loss as well.

I know that thousands of other players are experiencing the same problem. Normally, in such cases, accounts should be reviewed through observer matches, but an automatic ban is being applied without any investigation. I request that this issue be urgently examined, that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the unjust bans be removed, and that my financial loss be compensated. I am extremely frustrated with this situation. My 8 years of progress in the game is being treated like a joke with these daily bans. Many of my friends are also seriously unhappy with this issue.
