PUBG Mobile Account Temporarily Banned While Using MSI and Bluestacks Emulator

I tried playing PUBG Mobile on the emulator jointly developed by MSI and Bluestacks. After spending time configuring the settings, my account was first banned for 10 minutes, and now it has been banned for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I don’t understand what caused this issue as I followed all the necessary steps to ensure compatibility. The bans are frustrating and completely ruining the gaming experience.

If anyone knows why this is happening or how to resolve it, please let me know. Additionally, I urge the developers to address this issue immediately and provide clarity on using emulators without risking account bans. Thank you.
