I would like to clarify that what happened was the result of deception by some individuals who shared fake servers and presented themselves as developers or claimed that these servers were officially part of the system. Many players were misled in the same way, and I was one of them. I never intended to break the rules or use harmful programs, and I did not seek any unfair advantage. I trusted sources that I later discovered were completely unofficial. Throughout my time playing Free Fire, I have aimed to follow the game’s policies, and I am fully willing to cooperate in any way needed to prove my good intentions and the legitimacy of my gameplay. I have already tried to contact support multiple times through the MENA support channel, but each time I only received automated bot responses and no detailed review of my specific situation. This has been very frustrating, because I believe my case deserves a manual recheck rather than a generic reply. I have also supported the game by making in-game purchases worth around 100 gems on this banned account.
