Fortnite Freezes After Alt+Tab – Epic Games Support Unhelpful
Fortnite is my most-played game on Epic Games, but recently, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue. Every time I press Alt+Tab to switch out of the game, the screen completely freezes, making it impossible to continue playing. This issue only happens with Fortnite and no other games.
I contacted Epic Games support for help, but their suggestions were generic and didn’t fix the problem. After trying everything they recommended, I’m still stuck with the same issue, and now they’ve stopped responding altogether.
It’s disappointing that a game as big as Fortnite has these problems and that Epic Games isn’t providing effective solutions. If Fortnite were on Steam, I’m sure these issues would be addressed more efficiently. Epic Games, fix this now!
