Fortnite Account With $690 in Skins Banned After Using Spoofer

7

On November 2, 2025, I purchased a Fortnite spoofer from Maveracheats. After the purchase, I carefully followed all the provided instructions and used the product exactly as directed. However, after playing only 3–4 matches, my account was banned. I was aware of the ban risk, but I trusted Maveracheats and logged in with my main account. My account, “Falcon peterbot--,” which I have used for about five years and consider OG, had at least $690 worth of purchases on it. This situation has caused me significant financial and personal loss.

After the issue occurred, I tried to get help through live support. However, I received dismissive responses such as “Search on Google, it’s not related to us,” which were unhelpful and offered no solution. I experienced serious problems with customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

I paid $5 for the product using my credit card. Although it was stated that the product is non-refundable, the spoofer did not work as expected and resulted in my account being banned. Therefore, I request either a full refund or compensation in the form of a new account and a properly functioning spoofer. I ask that my financial loss and hardship be addressed.
