I Face Permanent Ban on Valorant Account Despite Full Security Setup

My Valorant account (hero#210) was permanently banned about four days ago with no clear explanation provided. I keep my account fully under my control, protected with Google Authenticator two-step verification, and I also maintain strong email security. There has been no unusual activity, no logins from other devices, and all of the account details belong solely to me.
This account represents a serious investment, with nearly ₺7000 spent on skins and in-game content. Losing access without a valid reason has left me deeply frustrated and unfairly penalized.
I immediately opened a support ticket with Riot Games (#117355908). The only reply I received stated that my account was closed due to being “insecure,” with no further evidence, explanation, or resolution offered. Considering that I log in exclusively through my Gmail account and follow every security measure available, I find this response unacceptable.
I request that Riot Games thoroughly re-investigate my case and restore access to my account. At the very least, I expect a clear and detailed justification for such a harsh penalty. Blocking an account that is secure and personally verified, while also holding substantial financial investment, is an unfair action that must be corrected.
