FlyOne Charged Me an Unexpected €60 Check-In Fee on Booking W325YL

I purchased my ticket with reservation number W325YL from FlyOne airline via Turna.com for my Istanbul – Chisinau flight on June 12, 2026. During the purchase, I was informed that I had a 10 kg baggage allowance, so I did not expect to pay any additional fees.

However, during check-in at the airport, FlyOne staff collected €60 from me under the name of "check-in services." I told them that my ticket included a 10 kg baggage allowance and stated that this charge was unfair and that I would file a complaint; despite this, they insisted on taking the fee. Furthermore, the staff member's rude and disrespectful attitude toward passengers aggravated my grievance even further.

I believe Turna.com and FlyOne misled and wronged customers through false information and this policy. I demand a full refund of the €60 collected, an official explanation and apology regarding the misleading information, and that necessary disciplinary action be taken against the personnel involved to prevent similar grievances in the future.
