FlixBus Driver Refused to Let Me Board With My Child

I arrived in Dresden from Prague without any issues, together with my wife and our 2.5-year-old child. Despite going through police checks twice, we did not experience any problems. However, on our return from Dresden to Prague, the FlixBus driver refused to let me and my family board the bus. He acted disrespectfully and rudely, even threatening to call the police. Although I had paid for our tickets, he still did not allow us to get on the bus. The reason he gave was that our child did not have a babysitter, which I was never informed about beforehand. We were not warned or notified about such a requirement during our initial trip from Prague to Dresden. Had I known about this rule, I would never have traveled to Dresden in the first place. I explained to the driver multiple times that we have a flight tomorrow and urgently need to return to Prague, but he still left us outside and caused us great distress. He completely disregarded our situation and left me and my family stranded. I will be filing a complaint with every relevant authority and pursuing my rights in this matter.
