FlixBus Payment Taken for International Bus Ticket But No PNR Received
On March 16, 2024, I purchased a round-trip bus ticket for two from Sarajevo to Belgrade on the Kamil Koç FlixBus website. The ticket fee was deducted from my bank account during the purchase, but I did not receive a reservation confirmation or a reservation number. This means my ticket was not issued. When I contacted Kamil Koç, they informed me that they do not handle international transactions and offered no alternative solutions. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will take legal action.
