FlixBus Driver at Montpellier Sabines Stop Physically Dismisses Foreign Passengers Asking for Help

On June 25, 2026, at around 11:45 AM at the Montpellier Sabines stop, while waiting for our FlixBus to Barcelona, we encountered extremely rude and upsetting behavior. As Turkish citizens, we are unfamiliar with the area, and since our bus was running late, we simply approached a bus that had just pulled in and asked the driver whether it was heading to Barcelona.
The driver of the L718 Toulon 11:40 AM service responded to this simple question with an aggressive and disrespectful attitude. He snapped at us with a comment along the lines of "Can't you read what it says right there?", then physically gestured at us in a rough, dismissive way — essentially shoving us aside while telling us to "wait over there" — and offered no help whatsoever. This behavior made it impossible for us to feel safe or respected, especially as visitors in a country we are not familiar with.
My expectation of FlixBus is that its staff — particularly when dealing with foreign passengers — receive the proper training and reminders needed to act with patience, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. As passengers traveling under reservation number 3368173715, I am requesting that this driver's conduct be reviewed and that the necessary steps be taken to ensure incidents like this do not happen again.
