Fixbet Refuses to Correct Clearly Winning Bet

On 26.11.2025, in the bet slip I placed on Fixbet, my “over 8.5 shots on target” bet for the Neftekhimik – FC Rostov match was clearly winning but was incorrectly graded as a loss. Even though this number was actually exceeded during the match, Fixbet claims that the statistics were 0–8 and that the home team had no shots on target.

There is video proof of the home team’s goal, and both the goal itself and the shot on target in the play immediately beforehand are undeniable evidence. Despite this, Fixbet ignored these facts and relied solely on Flashscore, marking my bet as lost. Treating a team that scored a goal as if it had zero shots on target is unreasonable and unfair to users.

When I contacted Fixbet live support regarding this issue, they kept insisting that “your bet lost,” despite all my explanations, and they made no correction. Even with clear match footage available, refusing to show any flexibility in interpreting the statistics is unacceptable.

I request that my incorrectly settled bet be corrected — specifically, that my “over 8.5 shots on target” bet for the Neftekhimik – FC Rostov match be graded as a win — and that all related winnings be fully credited to my account.
