On October 31, 2025, I was enrolled in the Fitme app without my consent or knowledge. I did not perform or authorize any registration, and the membership was initiated through a fake SMS message. Shortly after, I was notified that a charge of $6 would be added to my Vodafone bill. My Fitme username is 84819892.
This registration happened completely without my consent, and I demand that my Fitme membership be canceled immediately and that the $6 billed to my account be fully refunded.
The incident occurred in Nilüfer, Bursa (Turkey). I was not informed or asked for any approval before this unauthorized transaction.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently, and if my membership cancellation and refund are not processed, I will exercise my legal rights and take the matter to court.
