If you paid for Fitify Premium but workouts are still locked;
Check your purchase status first;
• Open Fitify app → Account / Premium Status
• Confirm it shows “Premium Active”
• Screenshot the status page
Verify your purchase receipt;
• Check email (including Spam) for:
– “Fitify Premium receipt”
– “Subscription confirmation”
• Screenshot proof of purchase
Restore purchases;
• In the app go to Settings / Restore Purchases (if available)
• Tap it and wait for confirmation
Make sure you’re logged into the right account;
• Log out and log back in
• Ensure it’s the same email/ID you used to buy Premium
Update the app;
• Go to App Store / Google Play → Update Fitify
• Restart the app after update
Check internet connection;
• Ensure you have a stable connection
• Some features unlock only with a working data/Wi-Fi connection
Contact Fitify Support;
• Use in-app support or official support email
• Explain:
– You paid but workouts remain locked
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Proof of purchase
– Screenshots showing locked features
Ask them to validate your subscription and unlock your Premium features.
If unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
