Findandloc Unauthorized Subscription and Hidden Charges
On Saturday, February 7, while trying to find my lost phone, I came across a website called “Findandloc Barcelona” online. The site asked for a fee of about $1 to locate my phone. Since my phone was much more valuable, I agreed and made the payment by entering my card details. However, I did not save my card information or approve any subscription or membership.
After some time, I noticed that this month, $19 was charged from my Ziraat Bank youth card without my knowledge or approval. I did not receive any information about a membership or subscription from the website or anywhere else, and no notification was provided. I absolutely do not accept that money was withdrawn from my government-supported student card without my awareness.
I request that the $19 charged to my card by Findandloc Barcelona be refunded immediately. I also demand that any memberships or subscriptions created in my name through this site be canceled right away and that my card information be completely deleted from their system.
