Findandloc Unauthorized Charge of R374 on Capitec Bank Account

On 11 October 2026 at 02:24 in the morning, an amount of R374.00 was deducted from my Capitec Bank savings account for a transaction described as a recurring card purchase by “Find and loc Barcelona / Findandloc*”. I never signed up for any product, service, enrolment, or subscription with this company and did not give consent for this payment. This appears to be an unauthorized transaction on my account. I request a full refund of the R374.00 and the immediate cancellation of any enrolment, subscription, or recurring charge that may have been created in my name without my explicit consent. I also ask that you block any future payments to this merchant to protect my account. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that I be informed in writing of the outcome and the steps taken to prevent similar unauthorized deductions in the future.
