Findandloc Barcelona Keeps Charging My Bank Card Every Month

I just discovered that a charge of $17 under the name "Findandloc Barcelona" has been hitting my İş Bankası debit card every single month. Looking at my bank statement, I can see these charges have been repeating on the 30th of every month since October 30, 2025 — a total of 8 times, adding up to approximately $133 taken from my account. I have no idea what this service or app is, and I never knowingly signed up for any membership, subscription, or purchase related to it.
Since I am currently abroad, I have not yet been able to contact İş Bankası in person or by phone. I plan to visit my branch when I return, but the harm this has caused me in the meantime is very real. I am requesting that an investigation be launched into how these unauthorized recurring charges were initiated, that my card be checked for any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized subscriptions, and that any active subscription tied to this be canceled immediately.
I am demanding a full refund of all unauthorized charges made under the name Findandloc Barcelona, and I am asking that the necessary security measures be put in place to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.
