I Face a Refund Issue with Finda Net — Paid $51 for a Service That Didn’t Work

On October 23, I purchased a one-time location service through Finda Net to help locate my lost phone. I made the payment with my credit card, and $51 was withdrawn from my account. However, when I used the service, it displayed a map of Spain — completely unrelated to my location — and provided incorrect directions and false information, making the service entirely useless.

I tried to contact Finda Net’s customer support, but it was impossible to reach anyone. I used my account registered with d*******@gmail.com**, and there was no subscription or automatic renewal involved — it was a single-use purchase.

I am requesting the cancellation of the service and a full refund of the $51 that was wrongfully charged. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for Finda Net to review its misleading service and refund policies.
