Unauthorised Withdrawal From My Credit Card By Files Editor, Request Refund
My name is Junaid Alam Ansari and I hold a credit card from SBI. On 20 June 2026, an amount of 4,150 Indian Rupees was withdrawn from my SBI credit card by a merchant shown as “PDF-BILLING.COM” without my knowledge or consent. I never subscribed to any service from this company and did not authorize this transaction in any form. When I contacted SBI customer care to report this as an unauthorized transaction and ask for a refund, I was told that they could not help me, which has left me both financially and emotionally distressed because this is a significant amount for me and I am not responsible for this payment. I request that this transaction made in the name of “PDF-BILLING.COM” for 4,150 INR on 20 June 2026 be treated as unauthorized, that a proper investigation be initiated, and that the debited amount be refunded to my card as soon as possible. I also ask that the card be secured against any similar transactions so that I am not exposed to such unauthorized charges in the future.
