PDFcharge.com 235 Lei Unauthorized Card Payment – Refund Request
On 25.09.2026 I discovered in my BCR account a card payment of 235 lei dated 24.09.2026, made to Pdfcharge.com, Miami. I did not use this service, I did not authorize this transaction and I have no idea how my card details were used for this payment. After noticing the charge, I immediately contacted BCR. They informed me that I should contact Pdfcharge.com directly regarding this issue, even though this is an unauthorized transaction from my point of view. With this complaint I would like this situation to be investigated and the payment of 235 lei made on 24.09.2026 to Pdfcharge.com to be fully refunded, as I did not request or use any service from this merchant. I also request that the necessary measures be taken so that similar unauthorized charges do not occur again on my card.
