Pdfcharge.com Unauthorized Recurring Charge – Refund Requested

I discovered today, 31/07/2026, that an amount of R945,00 was taken from my Capitec account by “Pdfcharge.com Miami” as a pending recurring card purchase, even though I have never knowingly used this website or requested any product or service from them. I do not know what this charge is for and I did not authorize it. This is the first time such a transaction has appeared on my account, and it is completely unknown and unauthorized from my side. I noticed it only today when checking my banking app. I request that Pdfcharge.com immediately cancels any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card and provides a full refund of the R945,00 that was taken without my consent. I also expect written confirmation that no further amounts will be debited from my account in the future.
