Refund Requested for Unauthorized Pdfcharges.com Charges

I am writing to report unauthorized charges made by Pdfcharges.com on my CIH Bank card in Morocco and to request both a full refund and the cancellation of any subscription linked to my details. I ended my subscription with Pdfcharges.com about a month ago, yet I was still charged 49.99 USD twice without my consent. The first charge was on 27 May 2026 and the second charge was on 28 June 2026. I have downloaded the bank statement showing these debits. I did not approve these recent payments and even the first time I was charged, it was not with my clear consent. So far, I have not yet contacted Pdfcharges.com or CIH Bank about this issue, but I am now formally requesting that these unauthorized debits be investigated. I want Pdfcharges.com to cancel any existing subscription or recurring payment immediately and to refund both payments of 49.99 USD that were taken from my account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and I request written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further amounts will be charged to my card.
