PDFCharge.com Unauthorized Charge: Refund and Subscription Cancellation Request
On 18 September 2026 at around 20:30, an amount of R945.00 was debited from my virtual card by “pdfcharge.com” without my knowledge or approval. I was not online or using any website at the time, and I have never knowingly registered, subscribed or made any purchase through pdfcharge.com. Despite this, the company somehow obtained my banking details and processed a payment as if I had authorised it. As soon as I saw the bank notification, I contacted my bank’s fraud department. They confirmed that the transaction went through and blocked my virtual card, and they have opened a fraud investigation. However, I still do not understand how pdfcharge.com gained access to my card details and why this unauthorized debit was able to go through. I request that this payment of R945.00 be fully refunded and that any account, subscription or profile in my name with pdfcharge.com be cancelled immediately. I also want a clear explanation of how my banking information was obtained and what measures will be taken to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are made against my name or my accounts.
