Files-editor.com Charges Recurring Subscription Fees Without User Authorization

I used the website files-editor.com to edit a PDF and logged in under the impression that I was making a single, low-cost transaction. I did not knowingly purchase a monthly subscription, nor did I see any clear or explicit notice indicating that the service would automatically renew every month.

During initial use, a charge of approximately $1 was drawn from my card, even though an amount of around $1 appeared on the site. Despite this, charges continued to be deducted from my card every month as if I were a recurring subscriber. Furthermore, the amount charged each month differs from the monthly fee displayed on the site; while the system shows $51, amounts around $53 were actually collected from my bank account. As shown in the attached screenshots, recurring charges were processed under different domain names (files-editor.com, pdfsupport.com, pdfcustomers.com, etc.), even though they originate from the exact same entity.

As a result of these ongoing transactions since October, a very significant total of $485 has been drawn from my card. Being charged regularly every month despite barely using the service after opening my account—along with the discrepancies in amounts and dates between their billing records and my bank statements—has created deep distrust regarding this website's billing practices.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription, a full refund of all unfairly charged fees for periods during which I did not actually use the service, and a clear, written explanation regarding the discrepancies in amounts and dates within their systems. Furthermore, I request written confirmation that no further fees will be charged to my card under any pretext.
