VI Wrong Recharge Applied to Incorrect Number, Requesting Refund
I recently made a wrong recharge on VI by mistake. On 30/06/2026, I did a ₹101 5G recharge that was applied to the number 9575203*** instead of my intended number. I noticed the error only after the transaction was completed. I have not yet contacted VI customer care about this issue. Since the recharge went to the wrong number by mistake and I am unable to use the pack, I am facing a financial loss. I kindly request VI to reverse this wrong recharge and refund the ₹101 amount to me. I expect your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
