Testbook Unauthorized Autopay Deducted ₹100 – Refund Request

I am writing regarding an unauthorized Testbook subscription payment taken from my account. Without my consent, a mandate/autopay was created for a Testbook subscription. On 4 July there were several automatic attempts to charge 299 ₹, which I did not authorize. Later, on 17 August 2026, 100 ₹ was successfully deducted from my account for TESTBOOKEDUSOLUTIONSPRIVA TELIMITED, even though I never intentionally set up or approved any autopay for this subscription. After noticing these transactions, I immediately cancelled the autopay/mandate through my payment app so that no further amounts would be deducted. However, the 100 ₹ taken on 17 August 2026 has not been refunded to me. I live in Madhugiri, Tumkur district, Karnataka, and I am requesting a full refund of the 100 ₹ that was deducted without my clear consent, and confirmation that no further automatic charges will be made on my account in the future.
