FamPay UPI Transaction Mistake Needs Refund Assistance
On May 2, 2026, at around 12:54 PM, I made an incorrect UPI transaction using my FamPay UPI ID (jaypaswa***@fam). By mistake, I sent an amount of ₹50 to the UPI ID prakashyadav900****@ibl instead of the intended recipient.
I request FamPay to assist me in resolving this issue by reversing the incorrect transaction and refunding the amount back to my FamPay account, or by providing any possible support to help recover the funds.
I have not been able to contact FamPay customer support directly so far, which is why I am explaining the situation here and kindly asking for a review of this mistaken transaction and a refund of the ₹50 sent in error.
