FamPay Recharge Failed – Money Deducted but Airtel Recharge Not Done

I made a recharge payment today of ₹399 through FamPay for an Airtel service using Airtel Payments Bank, but the transaction has not been completed properly. The amount has been deducted from my side, yet the recharge has not been credited as expected. I am attaching screenshots that show the transaction and the failed/pending status so that you can clearly see the issue. I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible and that my ₹399 be refunded to me without any further delay, or the recharge be successfully processed.
