FamApp Payment Successful but Vendor Never Received the Money
I am writing regarding an issue with a one-time payment I made for the FamApp child app from India. On 12 June, I was charged ₹999 through the Fampay app, and the transaction was marked as successful on my side. However, the payment did not go through to the vendor and the service I intended to pay for was not provided. The Fampay transaction ID for this payment is FMPIB5804310221. Despite the app showing the payment as successful, the vendor has not received it, leaving me without the product or service I attempted to purchase. I have already contacted both FamApp and Fampay customer support about this issue but so far I have not received any response or solution from either side. In this situation, I request an immediate refund of the ₹999 that was debited from my account for this unsuccessful transaction, or a clear and prompt resolution that ensures I am not financially disadvantaged due to this failed payment.
