FamPay Account Temporarily Blocked - Cannot Send Payments

I have been using the FamPay app only for online payments, and my account has suddenly been blocked. Today, about one hour ago, when I tried to send ₹1 to my friend’s account, the payment did not go through and the app showed the message “You have been temporarily blocked.” Since that moment, I have not been able to use my FamPay account. I contacted FamPay support, but I have not received any reply or explanation about why my account was blocked, which is causing me inconvenience because I depend on FamPay for my payments. I request that my FamPay account be urgently unblocked and that I be informed of the exact reason for this temporary block so that I can continue using the service without further problems.
