Famapp Generated Redeem Code Instead Of Sending Transfer

On 5 May 2026 at around 8:02, I tried to send ₹380 from my Famapp wallet balance to my friend. Instead of sending the money, Famapp generated a redeem code, which I did not intend to create. Because of this, the money was taken from my Famapp wallet but not sent to my friend as planned. I have not contacted Famapp customer support yet. I have never used or shared this redeem code with anyone, and I do not want this code at all. Through this complaint, I request that this wrong transaction be checked and the full amount of ₹380 be urgently refunded back to my Famapp wallet as soon as possible.
