I am facing a teaching issue in the English course on the FamPay platform. The problem started around 8 March, and even though it has been 4 days since I raised the concern, it has still not been resolved. Due to this teaching issue, I am unable to use the course properly. I also currently have a balance of 315 rupees in my FamPay account. I am not satisfied with the current teaching in the English class and this is affecting my learning and studies. I expect FamPay to change the teaching for this English course and arrange a better teaching setup so that I can continue my studies smoothly and benefit from the course I enrolled in. If the issue is not resolved, I would like clarity and a fair solution regarding my remaining balance of 315 rupees as well. I request that this issue be checked and resolved as soon as possible and that the teaching for the English subject be changed or improved immediately.
